Betty Dubuisson

Betty Dubuisson is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategic management and organizational development. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at MetLife since October 2013, Betty has spearheaded a Center of Excellence aimed at enhancing the employee experience, as well as leading the Global Space Strategy function to optimize workplace effectiveness. Prior to MetLife, Betty worked at Citibank as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, where strategies were developed to adapt to a changing business environment. Betty's career also includes a role as Director of Real Estate at Soros Fund Management, and Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where significant projects and organizational strategies were managed. Betty holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation.
