Bradd Chignoli

Bradd Chignoli serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Regional Business & Workforce Engagement at MetLife, with a career spanning over two decades at the company since joining in June 1998. Chignoli has held multiple leadership roles, including Executive Vice President for National Accounts and Financial Wellness & Engagement, Senior Vice President, and Vice President in various capacities. Additionally, Chignoli is the Chairman and President of MetLife Consumer Services, Inc. and a Board Member of Versant Health. Chignoli possesses advanced degrees in Leadership & Change Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and in Finance from The University of Iowa, along with participation in executive programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
