Colleen Duffy

Colleen Duffy is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and client services. At MetLife since June 2004, Colleen has held multiple roles, including Senior Account Management Consultant, Senior Client Service Consultant, and Senior Business Instructor, responsible for training across various service lines. Prior to MetLife, Colleen served as a Senior Account Manager at First Health from 2000 to 2004 and as a Culinary Arts Instructor at the Technology Center of DuPage from August 1999 to June 2000, focusing on hospitality management for high school students. Colleen holds an Associate of Arts in Hospitality Management from Northwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Sales from Ferris State University.
