Erika Fisher

Erika Fisher possesses extensive experience in human resources, primarily in leadership roles across prominent companies such as MetLife and Merck. Currently serving as AVP of HR for US Business Strategy in Retirement Income Solutions and Financial Wellness & Innovation at MetLife since June 2013, Erika has also fulfilled significant positions including HR Leader for Corporate and Legal Affairs and Director HR Partner for Global Group Claims. Prior to MetLife, Erika spent five years at Merck, where roles included Sr HR Business Partner and Talent Management Lead. Erika's career began at Avaya with expertise in workforce planning and global mobility. Erika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Drexel University and an MBA in HR from the University of Phoenix.
