Francisco Pereira

Francisco Pereira has extensive experience in the insurance and actuarial fields, currently serving as the Qatar Country Manager and Head of Product for Gulf at MetLife since February 2013. Pereira has held multiple leadership roles within MetLife, including Head of Product for both the Gulf and the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining MetLife, Pereira was Chief Actuary at Metlife Portugal from April 2009 to January 2013 and worked as a Consultant Actuary at Towers Perrin from June 2006 to April 2009. Early career experience includes actuarial positions at Global Seguros, Santander Seguros, and I2S. Pereira holds a Licentiate degree in Actuarial Science from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and completed a program at IESE Business School in 2014.
