Glenn Peipert

Glenn Peipert is an experienced professional in transformation management and data governance, currently serving as the Head of Retail Transformation at MetLife since August 2013. In this role, Glenn built the Transformation Management Office to oversee large-scale programs with an emphasis on agility and innovation, particularly in artificial intelligence. Previously, as the Chief Data Officer for Investments at MetLife, Glenn designed and implemented a comprehensive Data Governance Program while managing significant market data expenditures. Prior experience includes serving as the Northeast Lead for Business Performance, Analytics & IT Advisory at KPMG, where Glenn authored strategic plans and provided executive guidance. Additionally, as the Founder and Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Conversion Services International, Glenn established a successful technology services firm focused on data and analytics. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn College.
