Josh Weaver is an experienced leader in data integration and partner management, currently serving as Vice President of Data Integration and Third Party Activation at MetLife since January 2024. Previously, from September 2019 to December 2023, Josh held the position of Head of Digital Ecosystem & Partner Management at Guardian Life, where responsibilities included overseeing Insurtech and Ben Admin partners, as well as leading the Ben Tech API strategy. Prior to this role, Josh spent over a decade at USAble Life, advancing to Vice President positions and overseeing service and business planning for Life and Disability product lines. Josh's career began as Assistant Production Manager at Capitol Blueprint. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
