Marsha Strand

Marsha Strand serves as the Lead Digital Product Owner at MetLife since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading an Agile team and managing product development across various divisions for multiple digital portals. Previously, Marsha was a Product Owner at TrialCard, assisting developers and translating user requirements into functional specifications. At Duke University Health System, Marsha worked as a Business and Data Analyst, ensuring data governance and conducting analyses of healthcare and financial data. Earlier experience at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business involved managing data to support the Career Management Center and addressing technical issues. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Health from Clayton College, alongside studies at Durham Technical Community College, Manhattan School of Music, and Suffolk County Community College.
