Quintin McCullers

Quintin McCullers serves as the Director of IT Supplier Sourcing and Category Management at MetLife, overseeing the procurement of Professional Services from a global supply base with an annual spend of $300-$400 million across 60 suppliers. Quintin develops sourcing strategies for Global IT Services to meet business needs in 40 countries across five service domains. Prior to MetLife, Quintin worked as a Commodity Manager at RTI International, fulfilling IT procurement needs across business units, and held the position of Associate Director/Program Manager at AT&T, where program management was provided for a Department of Defense research and development initiative. Quintin's career began in the US Army as a Senior Logistics Manager, leading logistics functions and personnel. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Montreat College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Methodist University.
