Ruben Borges

Ruben Borges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and event management. At MetLife since July 2012, Ruben serves as Channel & Operations Senior Consultant, leading the integration of employee communications strategies and overseeing process development, training, data analytics, and the implementation of communications tools that enhance employee experience. Prior to MetLife, Ruben worked at Deutsche Bank as a Corporate Event Planner, managing high-profile events with budgets of up to $1.5 million for senior leadership from August 2010 to July 2012. Ruben also served as a Senior Project Specialist at Washington Mutual Bank, coordinating events, managing expenses, and organizing travel for senior executives from March 2003 to February 2008. Ruben holds an AA in English Literature from the Borough of Manhattan Community College and furthered education at The City University of New York.
