Samreen Asif

Samreen Asif has extensive experience in the actuarial and financial sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy & Planning in Global Technology and Chief of Staff to the Global CIO at MetLife since November 2016. Previous roles include Head of Actuarial Function and Chief Actuary for the Gulf region at MetLife, Senior Actuary in Financial Reporting at Sovereign from July 2016 to October 2017, and Vice President at Kotak Life Insurance between January 2012 and July 2016. Samreen's earlier career includes positions at Milliman as an actuarial consultant, Towers Perrin in the UK as an actuarial analyst, and Prudential Assurance as an actuarial trainee. Academically, Samreen holds a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Lucknow.
