Sonali Niswander

Sonali Niswander is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and cloud solutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of AI, Cloud, and Data Platforms at MetLife since 2022, Sonali previously held the position of Executive Director at Kaiser Permanente from 2016 to 2021, where efforts focused on modernizing the technology stack and driving digital initiatives. Prior roles include Head of IT at Tesla from 2015 to 2017, overseeing Technical Operations and data management, and Director of Engineering at Walmart Global Tech from 2012 to 2014, where enterprise cloud capabilities were established. Earlier, as IT Director of TechOps at Walmart from 2008 to 2011, Sonali managed a significant budget and personnel across a global e-commerce infrastructure. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and the University of Notre Dame.
