Penny Smith

Penny Smith has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as Village Manager at Metlifecare since August 2015. Prior roles include Manager of the Employment Division at the Chamber of Commerce from September 2005 to August 2015 and Manager of Recruitment Services at BBC from January 1996 to August 2002.
