Sharon Bohane

Sharon Bohane is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in the healthcare and charitable sectors. Currently serving as the Operations Transition Manager at Metlifecare since August 2022, Sharon previously held the role of Village & Sales Manager at Oceania Healthcare from February 2015 to July 2022, overseeing the management and sales of independent living apartments. As a Board Member for Christians Against Poverty NZ from June 2015 to January 2020, Sharon supported initiatives to alleviate debt and poverty across New Zealand. Prior experience includes serving as Trust Manager at The Life Centre Trust from July 2011 to January 2015, where responsibilities included staff management, fundraising, and strategic planning, as well as a decade-long tenure at LIFE, where Sharon managed pastoral care and oversaw significant events and staff development.
