Prior positions include Associate Director at Ignite Architects, where the focus was on architecture and interior design, Practice Director at Archimedia Group Ltd overseeing major healthcare projects, and Project Lead at Flanagan Lawrence in the UK, where Tim honed skills in project management and design technology. Early career experience includes architectural roles at Beca, Naylor Love, and Predefine Ltd, providing a solid foundation in BIM and architectural practice.
