Ruth MacDonald

Ruth MacDonald currently serves as the Manager of People and Culture at MetOcean Telematics, a position held since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Innovasea from March 2012 to November 2022, and at The Home Depot from 2001 to 2011. Ruth also worked as Regional Manager at Chapters Books & Gifts between 1997 and 2001. Educational qualifications comprise studies at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and a degree in Finance Management for Managers, Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary's University, as well as ongoing education at Wilfrid Laurier University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/History obtained in 1979.
