Olivier Pailhes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and investments across various sectors, including technology and construction. Currently serving as an Advisor at Metomic and a Board Member at French Tech Madrid, Olivier is actively bridging tech ecosystems between Madrid and France. As an Angel Investor, contributions have been made to multiple startups, including Nelson, regroop, and ENTOCYCLE. Olivier co-founded Aircall, a leading cloud-based phone system for modern businesses, and has held significant roles at Aperam and ArcelorMittal Construction, overseeing marketing and general management. A former Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, expertise spans strategy, operational effectiveness, and M&A activities.
