Mikko Heikkilä is a Co-founder, Board Member, and Principal Consultant at Metosin since December 2011, specializing in agile software project management, consulting, and systems design. In addition, Mikko has served as CEO of Loopshore since December 2018 and has held a Board Member position at Unitary Healthcare from August 2016 to July 2024. Previous roles include Development Manager at Elisa Links Ltd., Development Manager at Elisa Plc. where Mikko led large-scale projects, and Project Manager overseeing system integration initiatives. Early career experience includes positions as a Software Engineer at Elisa Internet Ltd. and Soon Communications Plc. Mikko holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, completed in 2002.
