Nagaraja Shashidhar

Shashi comes to MetOx after 19 years at Corning developing materials-based business and products. He was instrumental in the founding and early growth of the Gorilla glass business for Corning, and helped customers solve adoption issues and design Gorilla glass into their smart phones. Shashi brings the knowledge of scaling up product manufacturing from a product, process and market perspective. He also brings wealth of experience with developing product adoption chains and application engineering.

Shashi is responsible for developing and executing the integrated strategy to leverage our process, facility development, operations, and development teams for a rapid and successful roll out. He will drive introducing HTS wire into new applications, developing value propositions, reducing the barriers to adoption of HTS wires and gaining market share. Shashi is responsible for collaboration with key stakeholders to drive and deliver go-to-market plans, identify market trends, assess competitor strengths/weaknesses, and build business cases for investment in key strategic initiatives.
