Jaime Klaus

Jaime Klaus, M.A., is an experienced professional in employee and talent development, currently serving as the Lead Employee Development Specialist at Metra Commuter Rail, where responsibilities include leadership development, instructional design, and performance enhancement initiatives. As the founder of Daring to Flourish, Jaime offers advisory services to empower learning and talent development professionals. Previous roles include Director of Training Programs at Northwestern Mutual, where Jaime led the assessment and delivery of innovative training programs, and Assistant Director of the Internship Program at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Public Health, managing professional development for students and staff. Educationally, Jaime holds a Master's degree in Sociology from DePaul University and has completed numerous certification programs, including in Technology of Participation Facilitation Methods.
