Arief Dwi Pranata

Arief Dwi Pranata is an experienced professional in the field of IT and customer management, currently serving as a Customer Retention Manager and Project Management Officer at Metranet since July 2021. Previously, Arief held the position of Junior Consultant at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) from December 2017 to July 2021 and worked as an IT Support Engineer at PT Tiara Vibrasindo Pratama for one year. In this role, Arief was responsible for IT infrastructure covering software, hardware, and networking for 100 employees, managing tasks independently. An internship as an Engineering Intern at PT PLN (Persero) involved maintaining software and monitoring networks. Arief holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN, completed in 2016.
