Phil Johnsen

Phil started writing and editing for a living late last century. He’s worked on content ranging from engineering and medical research to software, executive coaching, education, law, and theology. He likes to learn new (and often complex) topics and translate them into articles that anyone can understand.

Phil graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in English and Music.

Phil lives in East Tennessee with his wife and three kids (plus Aria the lynx point Siamese and Spark the bearded dragon). In his spare time, he likes to write and record Christian music and help his kids train for American Ninja Warrior–style obstacle course competitions.
