John B. Hughes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John B. has ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Agile Scrum Master certification from EXIN, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. The ITIL certification was obtained in December 2019, the Agile Scrum Master certification in August 2018, and the Project Management Professional certification in May 2020.
