Thomas Peng

Thomas Peng is an experienced leadership learning consultant currently at Metric5 since March 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas served as Chief of Operations and Administration at the Peace Corps from January 2021 to March 2024, partnering with senior leadership to execute strategic plans and overseeing significant operational initiatives. Thomas held several leadership positions at the Peace Corps, including Interim Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and led the global IT organization as Chief Information Officer. Previous experiences include managing a multi-national data engineering team at Zapier and leading business solutions at Articulate, where responsibilities spanned strategy, development, and team management. Thomas's earlier career involved key IT roles at College Summit, Sun Microsystems, and Viant Corporation. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus on security from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
