Neeraj Patel

Neeraj Patel is an experienced professional in customer success and services, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Customer Success and Services for Europe at MetricStream since June 2016. With a strong history at MetricStream, Neeraj has held various leadership roles, including Regional Head and Delivery Head for Global Services in Europe and the Middle East and Africa. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Delivery at Fintellix Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed Analytics, Risk, and Compliance Solutions. Neeraj has also worked at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited, 3i Infotech, and other organizations in roles focused on consulting, implementation, and software development. Neeraj holds an Executive General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya.
