Ashley Jennings

Ashley Jennings, MA, is a seasoned professional in organizational development and instructional design, currently serving as an Organizational Development Consultant and Learning and Development Consultant at SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. since August 2022, while also working as an Instructional Systems Designer for Metris Global. With a solid background in educational settings, Ashley has held various positions including Learning Experience Designer at Help at Home, Instructional Faculty for ESL Programs at The University of Iowa, and Program Assistant at the University of Northern Iowa. Previous roles include teaching, research, and customer service positions at institutions and companies such as Iowa Valley Community College District, Starbucks, Wells Fargo, and the Center for Social and Behavioral Research. Ashley holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics TESOL/Spanish and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish with a minor in Business Communication from the University of Northern Iowa, along with studies at Universidad de Guadalajara.
