Sakshi Motipara

Sakshi Motipara is a Research Manager at MetrixLab, where responsibilities include leading research initiatives since September 2021, having previously held the position of Junior Research Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Engagement Manager for Impact Analytics at SuperHuman Race Pvt. Ltd., focusing on client engagement and strategic partnerships from May 2020 to May 2021. An internship at We Are Crazy involved leading a business research team and conducting market research, while earlier roles included research on labor migration as an Enumerator for India Migration Now and legal research during an internship at The Law Point. Sakshi began a career in education as a teacher at Beyond Learning NGO, imparting moral values to children. Sakshi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mithibai College, complemented by a High School Diploma in Computer Science.
