Andrea Pastor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban planning and economic development. Currently serving as the Senior Development Project Manager for Housing & Transit Oriented Development at Metro since August 2021, Pastor previously held roles such as Senior Economic Planner at the City of Portland's Bureau of Planning and Sustainability and Associate Economic Development Planner for the City of Vancouver, Washington. Early career experiences include working as an Urban Systems Research Analyst at ECONorthwest, where data analysis and report preparation were key responsibilities, as well as owning and managing Cellar Door Coffee Roasters. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Chicago, a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Portland State University, and a graduate certificate in Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
