Andrew Scott

Andrew Scott currently serves as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Metro since June 2018, where responsibilities include leading finance, HR, IT, communications, research, and asset management departments, as well as providing strategic direction and support to the COO and Council. Prior to this role, Andrew Scott held various positions at the City of Portland from April 2003 to June 2018, including Budget Director, Financial Planning Manager, and Business Operations Manager. Andrew Scott also worked as a Policy Analyst at the Office of Management and Budget from June 1997 to October 2002. Andrew Scott earned a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Drew University.
