Dan Smiley Raderman

Dan Smiley Raderman is a System Analyst III at Metro since March 2023, with extensive experience in operations and systems analysis. Previously, at BitSight from May 2019 to March 2023, Raderman served as a Senior Order Operations Specialist, managing a Callidus platform for commission plans and integrating systems with Salesforce and Netsuite. Prior roles include Order Ops Specialist at Verizon Connect, where Raderman handled IT and quality assurance tasks and created Salesforce reports, and Department Assistant at The Boston Conservatory. Additional experiences include teaching as a Drum Set Instructor at MIKES MUSIC OF MARYLAND, INC, and working in various capacities as an Usher at AMC Theatres. Raderman holds a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
