Estee Segal is an accomplished urban planner and project manager with extensive experience in development projects and community engagement. Currently serving as Principal Planner and Development Project Manager at Metro since October 2018, Estee leads the planning and construction of a modern regional recycling and waste facility, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure community benefits. Prior roles include Loan Officer at Capital Impact Partners, where Estee underwrote loans for non-profit organizations, and Senior Project Manager at the Portland Development Commission, managing public-private real estate projects. Estee's early career included research and community outreach roles at Portland State University and El Centro de la Raza, contributing to initiatives that support local development. Estee holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and Economics from the University of Michigan.
