Juan Carlos González

Juan Carlos González is a dedicated public servant currently serving as a Councilor on the Oregon Metro Council, representing District 4 since November 2017, where major accomplishments include the successful passage of the 2019 Parks and Nature Bond Measure. Additionally, Juan serves as the Director of Development and Communications for Centro Cultural de Washington County, focusing on strategic fundraising and organizational growth, alongside previous roles in policy advocacy, micro-finance research, and educational mentorship. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Economics from Georgetown University, Juan also gained experience as a Congressional intern and in various support roles throughout high school and college, underpinning a strong commitment to community service and development.
