Rachael Lembo

Rachael Lembo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in budget management and financial analysis across various sectors. Currently serving as Finance Manager for Planning & Development at Metro since October 2016, Rachael has held multiple roles including Interim Capital Asset Management Program Director. Previous experience includes Finance Manager at Gambit PDX, where Rachael prepared monthly financial statements, and Finance Manager for the City of North Plains, responsible for annual financial statements and audits. Earlier career roles include Senior Auditor and Staff Auditor at Talbot, Korvola & Warwick, LLP, and Finance Manager at Tribeca Enterprises. Rachael's foundation in finance began at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, managing a $33 million annual budget. Rachael holds a BA in Accounting and Dance from the University of Washington, supplemented by coursework at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
