Tracey Lam

Tracey Lam, APR, serves as the Equity Program Manager in the Planning, Development and Research Department at Metro and is the Principal at Tracey Lam Consulting. With extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Tracey previously held leadership roles such as Director of Programs and Communications at Partners in Diversity and Chief Operating Officer at API Forward Foundation. A communications expert, Tracey has contributed to various organizations, including Oregon Health and Science University as a Communications Specialist and Make-A-Wish Oregon as a Public Relations and Communications Manager. Tracey's early career includes significant positions at KATU-TV, Sparrow Travel, KOIN-TV, and ABC News in Beijing. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University, among other educational credentials.
