Yaju Dharmarajah

Yaju Dharmarajah is a seasoned labor relations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Labor Relations Manager at Metro since September 2023, Yaju provides expert guidance in labor and employee relations. Previously, as the Director of Labor Relations at Sierra Club, Yaju facilitated union and non-union engagements. Other significant positions include Director of Labor Relations and Compliance at Clark College, Business Representative for the City of Bend Employees Association, and Civil Rights Commissioner for the Oregon Council on Civil Rights. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Oregon School of Law and two master’s degrees in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Oregon.
