Laura Felecan is the Head of Own Brand Management at METRO AG, where responsibilities include enhancing the Own Brand for convenience stores and strengthening market positioning for entry price brands across Central and Eastern Europe. With over a decade of experience at METRO AG, Laura has held various leadership roles, including overseeing the Non Food portfolio and developing solutions for Trader customers. Earlier career experiences include serving as Account Manager at Vitrina Advertising, Marketing Manager at Unirea Universal SA, and Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, where brand management was executed across multiple markets. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing.
