Melih Özgül serves as the Global Head of Customer Experience at METRO AG since April 2023, leading the Global Customer Experience team to deliver profitable customer strategies. Prior to this role, Melih held the position of Head of Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement at Metro Türkiye from February 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included developing a customer experience framework and strategy. Melih has extensive experience in customer experience management, having worked at Vodafone as a Senior Manager leading customer experience design and measurement, as well as at TeliaSonera as a Senior Customer Experience Manager focusing on continuous improvement. Previous roles also include customer experience management at Turkcell Global Bilgi and project management at Borusan Makina ve Güç Sistemleri. Melih holds a Master’s degree in Management and Organization from Dokuz Eylul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Uludag University.
