Jerry D. Parrish

Jerry D. Parrish, Ph.D. has a significant background in economics and policy analysis. Jerry D. most recently worked as the Chief Economist for the Metro Atlanta Chamber starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Economist and Director of State and Local Policy Analysis at the Institute of Government, Florida State University from 2022 to 2023. From 2014 to 2022, they served as the Chief Economist and Director of Research at The Florida Chamber Foundation, where they conducted comprehensive economic trend analyses and worked on solutions for Florida's future. Additionally, they held the role of Chief Economist and Director of the Center for Competitive Florida at Florida TaxWatch from 2011 to 2014. Throughout their career, Jerry D.
