Marielle Chalouhi

Marielle Chalouhi, ASA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Marielle currently serves as the Director of Compensation at Metro Inc. since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Metro Inc. from May 2021 to the present. Before joining Metro Inc., Marielle was the Compensation Manager at Metro Inc. from September 2020 to May 2021. Marielle also worked at All Industries as a Senior HR Leader, Director Client Management, Team Leader, Pension, Sales, and Contracting from March 2020 to August 2020. Marielle's earlier experience includes working at Aon Hewitt in roles such as Director (2013-2019), Client Operational Lead (2009-2013), and Analyst/Consultant (1998-2009).

Marielle Chalouhi, ASA, holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics- Actuarial from Université de Montréal. Marielle is also certified as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) by the Society of Actuaries.
