Alyona Tsutskova (FL Retail Leasing)

Alyona Tsutskova has over ten years of experience in retail leasing. Alyona started their career at Saglo Development Corporation in 2013 as an Acquisitions Analyst before transitioning to the role of Leasing Associate in 2014. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Leasing Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at Metro Commercial Real Estate, which they started in 2023.

Alyona Tsutskova's education history includes a Masters of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, which was obtained between 2011 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in International Business and Management from the same university, from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License obtained in 2013 and an Argus Valuation – DCF Certification obtained in 2012.
