Shauna Glazebrook

Shauna Glazebrook has a diverse work experience in the mortgage operations and lending industry. Shauna most recently served as Vice President, Mortgage Operations at Metro Credit Union since April 2021. Prior to that, they were the AVP Mortgage Operations Manager at the same company from July 2019 to April 2021. Before joining Metro Credit Union, Shauna worked at Envision Bank as the Assistant Vice President, Residential Lending Operations/Production Manager from February 2016 to August 2018. Shauna also worked at First Eastern Mortgage, a division of Randolph Savings Bank, as the Operations Manager from September 2012 to February 2016. Shauna's earlier roles include being an Underwriter and Loan Processor at First Eastern Mortgage from December 2010 to October 2012, and a Loan Processor at the same company from October 2002 to December 2010.
