Alex A.

Alex A. has a diverse work experience in the cruise industry. They started their career with various cruise lines in 1990, where they held roles in operations management, human resources, and procurement until 2006. In 2009, they joined Oceania Cruises as the Chief Purser and Deputy General Manager. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Transition Director and then as the Vice President of Operations East Coast at Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Transportation and Special Projects at the same company. In 2019, Alex A. moved to Metro Cruise Services to take on the role of Vice President of Innovation and Efficiency.

Alex A. completed a Management Training Program in Food & Beverage Management at The Savoy Group of Hotels and Restaurants.
