Charlotte Waters possesses a diverse professional background with significant experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Pier Agent at Metro Cruise Services since September 2019, Charlotte is responsible for greeting and assisting passengers during their embarkation and disembarkation on cruise ships. Previously, Charlotte worked as a Sales Attendant at Orchard Supply Hardware, where assistance was provided to customers with purchases and expertise was offered in paint mixing and selection.
