Michael Busick has extensive experience in customer service and operational roles. Currently serving as a Pier Agent for both SMS International Shore Operations and Metro Cruise Services since 2022 and 2017 respectively, Michael provides directional assistance and passenger check-in for cruise travelers at Pier 91. With a longstanding role as a Gate Host/Greeter for the Seattle Mariners since 1999 and previous guest services work for First & Goal, Inc., responsibilities have included ticket scanning, directions, and postgame assistance. Michael's background in election auditing and customer service spans roles with Snohomish County, King County, and Premera Blue Cross, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both administrative tasks and public facing environments. Education includes a certification in Database Design from Cascadia College and proofreading/editing studies at Bellevue College.
