Kaoru Sato

Kaoru Sato has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. They started their career at Morgan Stanley Japan, where they worked as a Manager, overseeing regional sourcing and IT operations. They then moved on to the Angkor Hospital for Children, where they served as the Director, managing fundraising, strategic planning, and supplier relationships. After that, they worked as a Consultant for the Wildlife Conservation Society, conducting assessments and implementing improvements. They then transitioned to YAI as a Direct Support Professional, providing care for individuals with disabilities. They later joined EPCOR as a Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for procurement processes and staff development. Their most recent role was Chief Operating Officer at Metro Dermatology. Overall, Kaoru Sato has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a diverse background, and a focus on improving processes and outcomes in every role they have held.

Kaoru Sato, MIHC completed a Master of Integrated Health Care degree at Arizona State University, College of Health Solutions from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Sociology from the University at Albany, SUNY.
