Thomas Whaley

Thomas Whaley is the founder of Level One Technologies, Inc. and Metro Express Transportation Services Inc. Thomas started Level One Technologies, Inc. in September 1999 and Metro Express Transportation Services Inc. in November 1988.

Thomas Whaley completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri at St. Louis in the years 1967 to 1970. Thomas later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Washington University in St. Louis from 1971 to 1973.
