Tyra Dean

Tyra Dean has a diverse background in case management and customer service, currently serving as a SIPs case manager at Metro Housing|Boston since August 2022, with a brief tenure as an ACO Case Management Specialist in November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a case manager within Metro Housing|Boston's ACO C3 program, as well as positions at SEPHORA as an Associate from January 2017 to August 2022, and as a Sales Associate at Hollister Co. from August 2014 to 2016. Tyra Dean holds a degree in Journalism and English Language and Literature from Florida International University and has additional educational experience at Curry College.
