Saadia Shafi

Saadia Shafi is an infectious disease physician at Metro Infectious Disease Consultants, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Infectious Disease Fellow at Wayne State University from July 2021 to June 2023 and completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Hurley Medical Center from June 2018 to June 2021. Earlier roles include clinical observations at Beaumont Hospital and The Raslan Clinic in 2016, as well as a clinical clerkship in cardiology at Cardiovascular Clinical Associates P.C. that same year. Saadia Shafi began clinical electives in anesthesiology and general surgery at McMaster University in late 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from Shifa College of Medicine (2009-2014), GCSC A-levels from Beaconhouse School System (2006-2008), and GCSC O-levels from Bahria College (1996-2006).
