Ray Saito

Ray Saito is a seasoned professional in the engineering and project control sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Control for Rail Vehicle Acquisition at Los Angeles Metro since February 2020. Previously, Ray held roles such as Senior Engineer and Vehicle Engineer at STV, as well as Engineer II at Samsung and Systems Integration Engineer at Kawasaki Rail Car.
