Andrew Swinson

Andrew Swinson is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in employee services and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Services at Metro Nashville Public Schools since July 2018, Andrew has previously held roles as Coordinator of Talent Management and Analyst of HR Performance Management within the same organization. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Management Concepts Inc. from November 2012 to July 2018, advancing from Assessment Analyst to Senior Assessment Analyst, contributing to the development and delivery of client surveys and assessments. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Statistics from James Madison University, earned in 2012.
